Dual ES-16 Advanced HHO System
Double Stack Output for Large Engines
As a system, this ES-16 unit is a double stack of the ES-8 cell and plenty formidable. Heavy duty all the way with electronics, tanks, hose and hardware to make you confident with your application.
Perfect for gasoline (petrol) as well as all diesel engines.
We designed the ES-16 unit with 12 inch plates for heavy duty applications. By heavy duty we mean high levels of HHO output, but also very long duty life for commercial applications. The stainless plates are 16 gauge stainless steel, and the unit weighs well over 50 pounds when installed.
And for commercial applications, the tank is 2.5 gallons, not quarts, along with our triple dryer system to keep your equipment running efficiently and safely.
Its baseline production is 4 liters per minute. You can see there is plenty of room to increase output, but also recognize this is easily enough for engines up to 16 liters.
Large tractor trailers usually have engines larger than 9 liters, and usually between 12 and 14 liters. The ES-16 is a long lasting unit that can run at 100 amps as needed, but usually only requires 60 to do its job.
We also pair it with our custom 100-amp Dual PWM that is virtually maintenance free. Set the desired current draw, and you can run this unit 24 hours, 7 days a week. This unit can be specified for 24 volt systems for no extra cost. Please contact us for more information.
- 1 x Double Stack 12" x 12" x 5" HHO Dry Cell Generator (13 plates). This cell weighs 29 lbs without electrolyte.
- Pulse-Width Modulator (PWM). Our PWM comes with a remote
display unit that you can mount in the passenger compartment that will
show you your amp draw, pulse frequency, and duty cycle (the percentage
of the time that the voltage is high vs the time the voltage is low
during each pulse).
- Electronic Enhancer needed for your vehicle.
- 2.5 Gallon electrolyte reservoir with cap and fittings.
- Advanced Dryer Assembly
- 25' of heavy-duty 3/8" hose.
- 25' each of red and black 4 gauge wire.
- PWM Installation Panel: Includes all of the components of your
PWM system are pre-built onto a panel that you can easily mount on the
front of your cell, ready to connect to your Display/Controller in your
cab.
- System installation kit: Includes all the connectors, screws,
check valves, drain valve, etc that you need to complete a full
installation of your system
